How can I pay for my order?
- For secure payments we use Stripe payment system. Also you can pay using money transfer to our bank account, all the details will be in your invoice.
Can I use ApplePay when paying for the products?
- Yes! You can pay for the order using ApplePay/GooglePay or just as usual with your card info.
Can I pay for my order when it arrives?
- Because we use third-party delivery service we need to pay for the service in advance. So all orders need to be paid before shipping :) But don’t worry, with the order you get a track-number, so you can control the location of your products.

Do you ship to all countries?
- Of course there are countries with legal restrictions on the import of cosmetics, but YES, we do ship to all countries that we can ;)
What delivery service do you use?
- At the moment we are cooperating with the UPS delivery service.
How do I get to know the price of delivery to my place?
- The delivery price depends on your location and the quantity of products you want to buy (the larger the order weight, the more advantageous the delivery). For telling a specific sum we need a list of chosen products and your address with an index.
Can I track my order?
- Yes! Every order comes with a track number, so you can see where is your desired cosmetics.
